A&T Bank implements sustainability in its supply chain management in line with the ethical conduct, environmental responsibility, social awareness and best governance principles. A&T Bank, therefore, is committed to acting in accordance with the following principles.

Ethical Conduct and Compliance:
- To adopt the principles of integrity, impartiality, confidentiality and prevention of conflicts of interest while carrying out supplier
  relations.
- To expect the suppliers to act in accordance with the Ethical Principles and Anti-Fraud Policy of A&T Bank and related legislation.
- To prevent any form of bribe, gift, unfair benefit, anti-competitive practices and frauds.

Environmental Responsibility:
- To ensure that the suppliers take into consideration environmental responsibilities in their activities.
- To promote compliance with the environmental legislation, resource efficiency and renewable energy use.

Social Responsibility and Human Rights:
- To expect the suppliers to respect the fundamental human rights of their personnel and to ensure fair remuneration and working 
  conditions.
- Not to tolerate any child or forced labor or any discrimination or harassment.
- To adopt compliance with occupational health and safety standards for supply chain as a principle.

Governance, Transparency and Monitorability:
- To manage all activities in the supply chain with transparency, accuracy and accountability principles.
- To expect cooperation from the suppliers for audit and verification processes to be carried out or the information requests to be made
  by the Bank, when deemed necessary.
- To prepare corrective activity plans for certain suppliers based on the results of risk assessment and to carry out monitoring processes 
  regarding the same.

Supporting Local Suppliers and Sustainable Economic Benefit:
- To work with local suppliers and to support keeping the economic added value within the country to the extent possible.
- To promote suppliers providing sustainable goods and services and to take this criterion into consideration in the procurement decisions 
  of the Bank.

Information Security and Confidentiality:
- To ensure that the suppliers use the confidential information, data and documents of the Bank only for the purposes defined under the 
  agreements signed with them.
- To take necessary technical and administrative measures against information security violations caused by the suppliers.
