Protecting Your Passwords and Personal Information
- Do not share your online and mobile banking passwords with third parties. 
- Do not write down your passwords or store them in any form. 
- Do not use birthdates, phone numbers, sequential numbers, or easily guessable information as passwords. 
- Avoid using the same password across different platforms. 
- Change your passwords at regular intervals. 
- Verification codes (OTP), SMS passwords, and mobile confirmation notifications sent to your phone are strictly personal to you. 

Beware of Fraud and Social Engineering Attacks
Scammers may contact you using identities such as:
- Bank employee,
- Police officer,
- Prosecutor,
- Lawyer,
- Public official,
- Insurance representative.
A&T Bank will never request your:
- Password,
- Mobile verification codes,
- SMS verification codes,
- Card PIN information,
via phone, SMS, email or social media.
If you encounter such requests, terminate the conversation and contact our Bank and public law enforcement agencies.

Fake Links (Phishing) and QR Code Scams
- Be careful with links sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
- Only access our bank's website by typing the address yourself.
- Verify the source of QR codes before scanning them.
- Do not trust links sent under the pretext of campaigns, rewards, tax refunds, investment opportunities, or account updates.

Mobile Device Security
- Only download mobile banking applications from official app stores.
- Keep your device's operating system up to date.
- Do not perform banking transactions on rooted or jailbroken devices.
- Do not install applications from unknown sources.
- Regularly check application access permissions.

Warning Against Remote Access Software
Do not install the following types of software on your device at the suggestion of people calling you on the phone:
- Remote access applications.
- Screen sharing applications.
- Device management applications.
No bank employee will ever ask customers to install remote access software on their devices.

Safe Internet Use
- Do not perform banking transactions on public computers.
- Be cautious when using public and insecure Wi-Fi networks.
- Use licensed security software.
- Keep your antivirus and security solutions up to date.

Keeping Your Account and Contact Information Up-to-Date
- Ensure your mobile phone number and email address are up-to-date.
- Notify our Bank of any changes to your information.
