Banking without Barriers A A

Our Bank aims to make our services for our disabled customers to be more accessible thanks to the project that it has implemented to ensure that our disabled customers can reach our banking products and services more easily.

For this purpose, our Bank has set its targets in accordance with the criteria, given in ‘The Law No. 5378 on Disabled Persons’ and ‘The Regulation on Accessibility of Banking Services’, which was enacted on 1 January 2017.

Accordingly, if our customers, who are 40% disabled, do apply to our branches with documents proving their disability status, they will be given precedence for the below services.

Works performed for this project are as follows:

Our staff was trained for sign language in order to communicate more effective with our disabled customers.

The works to ensure that main contracts for our banking services can be accessed through audial information have been completed.

System infrastructure works, which will allow us to offer various transaction facilities, privileges and advantages to our disabled customers, have been completed and put into operation.

In our branches:

Branch entrances are accessible to the orthopedically-disabled customers.

Our service areas are designed to ensure that our disabled customers can receive services without any difficulty.

Embossed plates, written in Braille alphabet, which indicate the names and business hours of our branches, are placed on the doors of our branches in order to inform our visually impaired customers.

Our visually impaired customers are informed with an information board prepared in Braille alphabet that Banking without barriers is offered in our branches.

Tactile Surfaces are placed in our branches to allow our visually impaired customers to receive information from the closest branch staff.

All our 70 years old and older customers can also benefit from above rights/services without giving any notification.

Our customers, who want to have detailed information about this subject, can contact with our closest branch.
