Zafer Basri Yüksel graduated from Erciyes University with a degree in Economics (English). He completed his master’s degree in International Banking and Finance at the Institute of Finance, Istanbul Commerce University. He began his professional career in 1998 as an Export Specialist at a private company. Between 1999 and 2000, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Faisal Finans Company. From 2000 to 2008, he served as Credit Allocation Manager at Yapı Kredi Leasing. Between 2008 and 2009, he held the position of Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Ziraat Bank’s Moscow Branch. From 2009 to 2013, he served as General Manager of Ziraat Bank in Moscow Branch. In 2013–2014, he continued his career at Ziraat Bank as a Branch Manager. Starting in November 2014, he was appointed Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Halk Leasing, and between July 2016 and October 2017, he also served as Acting General Manager. From 2018 to 2025, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for the Sales Operations and Support Services Group at Bileşim A.Ş.. As of March 2025, Zafer Basri Yüksel continues his professional career at A&T Bank as Assistant General Manager of the Treasury, Financial Institutions, Sales & Marketing Division of A&T Bank.
