Faesal Kh Ali Khalil OTHMAN graduated from the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at the University of Tripoli and completed his master’s degree in Management and Investment Strategies at Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. He began his professional career in 1997 at Libyan Foreign Bank within the Accounting Department and subsequently served as Acting Department Manager in the Portfolio Department during various periods between 2006 and 2009. Between 2010 and 2016, he held various positions as a Dealer and later as Department Manager within the Treasury and Capital Markets Department at ARESBANK. From 2016 to 2022, he held various senior managerial responsibilities and positions at Libyan Foreign Bank across treasury, capital markets, international finance, investment and portfolio management functions. From 2022 until December 2025, he served as Assistant General Manager of Investment at Libyan Foreign Bank. In parallel, he has contributed strategically through board and committee memberships at international financial institutions. As of December 2025, he joined A&T Bank as Assistant General Manager responsible from the Credits and Operations Division and, as of the same date, continues to serve as Deputy General Manager.
