A graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Gönül Çulha Özsoy received her master’s degree in financial economics from Istanbul Bilgi University, and then her doctoral degree in Business Administration from Altınbaş University. She holds a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License, a Derivatives License, a Credit Rating License, and a Corporate Governance License. Ms. Özsoy began her professional career as an Assistant Auditor at the Turkish Court of Accounts and later served as Banks Sworn Auditor at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency from 2001 to 2009. She served as the Director of the Internal Systems Division at A&T Bank between 2009 and 2015. After January 1, 2016, she worked as the Director of the Financial Institutions Department. She has been serving as the Operations Group Manager since September 1, 2022.
